Cancellation policy:
For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 3 daily rates will be charged. For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, 80% of the entire half board rate will be charged. To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure:
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 11:00.
The rooms are ready at approx 15:00 on the day of arrival.
We kindly ask for notification if your arrival time is after 20:00.

Pets:
Are welcome in our hotel. We charge a cleaning fee of Euro 5,00 per day.
Pets are not allowed in public areas such as the swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and restaurant.

Means of payment:
You can settle your bill by ATM card or cash.
