Fantastic winter panorama

760 km of slopes – Skiwelt Amadé! From beginners’ slopes, to family downhill, to black runs: There is something for everyone here. The certainty of snow has made Großarl famous. However, if the snow is not forthcoming, dozens of snow cannons make sure that there is always perfect skiing to be had.

270 cable cars and lifts take you to the breathtaking Salzburg mountains in no time at all. The free ski bus stops every 15 minutes from 08:30 – 17:30 to take you to the cable cars or back to the hotel in 5 minutes. Bus stop right outside the front door!

And off the slopes? There are 30 km of cross-country trails, winter and snowshoe hikes through snow-covered forests, tobogganing, ski tours, ice skating or a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride through the snowy dreamland of Großarltal.
