On the day of arrival your room will be available for you from 15:00.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Should you leave later and still enjoy the day in Großarl, we will be happy to store your luggage.
We accept cash, ATM cards or credit cards (except DinersClub and AmericanExpress).
Each of our rooms is equipped with a small safe in the closet. Instructions are printed directly on the safe. If you have problems with the operation, please contact the front desk.
In Großarl an overnight tax of € 2,40 per person from 15 years and night will be charged.
Free parking is available for our guests directly in front of the house.
We start the day together: Between 7:40 and 10 a.m. we await you at our breakfast buffet.
In the evening we invite our guests to the table between 6 and 7 pm.
Do you have any questions about your stay with us? Our team is at your disposal every day between 8 am and 9 pm at the front desk.
All our rooms are non-smoking. Ashtrays are available on the balconies of each room. We kindly ask you to dispose of cigarette butts in them and not to throw them down into the garden.
